A playful and festive two-day holiday market featuring independent and emerging brands, makers, live music, and creative workshops. This delightful rumpus will enchant wild ones of all ages. Winterwilds is a unique indoor holiday market showcasing independent and emerging brands, designers, and small businesses. This two-day event, the first of its kind in Park Potomac, features a carefully curated selection of more than 50 vendors. With live music from standout emerging artists, creative workshops, and DIY activities for all ages, Winterwilds is more than a marketplace -- it’s a celebration of artistry and invention.

The DC creative community is coming together Small Business Saturday for the 5th annual Made in DC Holiday Marketplace, presented by DC Brau Brewing Company, Think Local First DC & the Made in DC program. From 1pm to 6pm on Saturday, November 25, brewery visitors will get the chance to knock out their holiday shopping at stalls featuring locally-made products from some of our favorite craftspeople. Holiday shopping is much easier with a beer in hand!

Now in its fifth year, All Crafts Considered brings together dozens of artisans, makers and sellers of unique and handmade products— from right around the corner in DC and as far as New York and New England —for a festive afternoon of retail therapy and holiday cheer.
Swing by our building in NoMa on Tuesday, November 14, between 3 and 8 p.m. ET for some holiday cheer and local goods.
The Commons, NPR's fan shop, will also be open, offering an array of great gift ideas for public radio fans of all ages!
Now in its 14th year, Crafty Bastards Arts & Crafts Fair is an exhibition and sale of handmade goods from independent artists presented by the Washington City Paper.
Crafty Bastards' annual fall festival will take place outdoors in Washington, D.C. on Saturday,November 11 and Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Nationals Park, 10 AM - 5 PM both days.

As D.C.'s premier alternative newsweekly, City Paper promotes underground art and strives to connect the voice and vision of independent artists with our readers. The festival creates an experience where consumers can discover unconventional, hard-to-find arts and crafts, meet the artists, and even make something themselves.
You will find talented artists handpicked by a select jury for their DIY chops and singular vision. There'll be surprises at every booth including unique homegoods, clothing, punk-rock baby clothes, handcrafted jewelry, plush toys, DIY kits, screen-printing, original art, locally produced food, and much more.
The Makers Mart Arts & Craft Fair features a pop-up artisan market, promoting local women artists and designers who create handcrafted art and merchandise. A wide variety of products, including jewelry, fine art, home accents, and personal accessories will be available.
Tickets will be sold at the door. General admission is $10, $8 for seniors and students, and members are free. Children under 18 are free.
Tickets to the craft fair include admission to the museum’s collection and the special exhibition Magnetic Fields: Expanding American Abstraction, 1960s to Today.

May is Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. In celebration, Soul & Ink and Batang Kankaloo are hosting SAMASAMA Art Show and Gathering on May 24, 2017 to benefit Asian American LEAD (AALEAD) youth programs.
The phrase “SAMASAMA” is derived from the Malay language and is Tagalog/Pilipino for “you are welcome”; “all together”; “united”.
This one night only pop-up art show aims to share the Asian Pacific American perspective, raising our voices collectively. By doing so, acknowledging we’re part of a whole, that we are all in this together.
Suggested $5 donation at the door. Gather for the cause. Proceeds + 10% of art sales will go to AALEAD. AALEAD’s youth programs provides academic and enrichment support to low income and underserved youth in the DC metro area.

Each December, the Heurich House Museum welcomes the public to celebrate the winter season during its annual Christkindlmarkt. The museum honors the Heurich family’s German heritage by recreating a traditional German public Christmas market in its garden.
This holiday shopping event, Dupont Circle’s only holiday market, will feature goods from over 40 local artisans, including jewelers, ceramicists, chocolatiers, makers of housewares, and more. Guests are invited to visit the market and tour the seasonally decorated historic house.
